Thanks so much for your help Deborah,
Before my VIP day I needed some help in how to deal with my mother and I being together for a months long visit and how to stand up to her without breaking up our relationship. I wanted and needed to stand up to her and let her know how I feel but was concerned about how she would react.
After my VIP day, I felt a lot less stressed and was able to talk it out while Deborah listened and gave me feedback and new perspectives to think about and how I was going to handle the situation with my mother. We created an action plan, and with that in place, I felt much better.
Because of my VIP day I experienced Clarity about my relationship with my Mother. I also understand the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
